At Kali Kratom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused items.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure your item is eligible for a return, it must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and unused: The item must remain sealed in its original retail packaging and show absolutely no signs of use or tampering.
- Original condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Timely window: The parcel must be returned and postmarked within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Any packages or product seals that have been opened or broken.
- Any item that is not in its original pristine condition, is physically damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our fulfillment error.
The Return Process
To initiate a successful return authorized by our inventory team, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team directly at info@kalikratom.com to request a formalized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage your items into their original shipping materials or alternative protective transit packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the parcel back to our fulfillment center using a dependable, trackable shipping service of your choosing. Please note that you are responsible for covering the direct costs of return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once your return parcel arrives at our hub, our staff will inspect the items and notify you regarding the approval or rejection status of your refund. If your return meets all internal criteria and is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note: The original outbound shipping costs associated with your order are strictly non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged parcel? If you receive an item that is defective or was structurally damaged during carrier transit, please contact our team immediately upon delivery. We will work alongside you to rectify the issue and arrange a prompt resolution.
Our Discretion
We maintain full legal rights and reserve the option to refuse any return or refund request for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Items that completely fail to meet our highlighted eligibility conditions.
